PREPARATION & STORAGE :
Introducing a new way to make your tea .This results a stronger detox tea which is seeing better & faster results & It's all in the brewing process.
Step 1 : Add 4 Litres of cold water to pot and using a high heat, bring to a fast boil.
Step 2 :Cut the teabag open and pour the entire contents of herbs into the pot and reduce heat down.
Step 3 : Simmer for 10-15 minutes until a dark amber colour with lid on pot.
Step 4 : Turn off heat and let tea cool.
Step 5 : Pour into suitable container and store in fridge. I use 2 x empty water bottles.
Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after brewing. Tea can be enjoyed hot or cold but for MAXIMUM results tea should be drank WARM.To reheat put your tea in a suitable cup, put some water in a pan and bring to the boil. Turn off heat and add your cup of tea until warm.
